Laughter

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!!

I hope you are feeling lucky and enjoying lots of green today. 😉

I’m feeling super grateful for laughter today.  Victor Frankel defined laughter as “one of the soul’s greatest weapons”.  It is awesome how finding humor and laughing creates lightness and joy even amidst heaviness and sorrow.  A good old belly laugh is like salve to the soul.  It can bring peace to tense conversations and cut through contention. The ability to show up with humor, despite the situation, is truly a trait I am striving to develop.  I truly admire how many of my friends and family members create laughs in the most random ways. 🙂 I am so thankful for laughter and desire more of it!!

I have come to the realization that there is a lot more similarity between laughter and faith than I ever realized.  Frankel points out that laughter deals with life’s small incongruencies and faith deals with the larger ones.  I love looking at laughter and faith this way.

What are you grateful for today?

Remember- YOU ARE DESIGNED FOR GREATNESS!! … and laughter 😉

Gratefully Yours,

Candice Noss
