Happy Thursday!!

Today, I am thankful for myself. 🙂 You are probably cringing right now, but hear me out.

Do you love and appreciate you? If you were to rate your love for yourself on a scale from 1-10, how would you rate your self-love?

A surprising truth I’ve learned over the past few years and seen played out, not only in my life, but in the lives of my clients is this: The amount of LOVE we have for OURSELF is the determining factor in the amount of love we feel from God and in the amount of love we can give to and receive from others.

So, yes, I am grateful for me!  I love and appreciate me— even in my messiness, weakness and sin.  I speak kindly to myself, about myself— in the mirror, in my head and out loud in my associations with others.

I’m so grateful I finally love myself (a TON) because I’ve never in my life felt so much love from Christ and my Heavenly Parents.  I’m so thankful for the self-love which is abundant within me now, because for the first time in my life, I can genuinely love those that are hard to love— who disrespect, disapprove and dislike me. I am so grateful I’ve done the work— the learning, the healing, the growing… which allows me to give myself grace, and also celebrate my wins.

This love for myself, including my feelings of worthiness, are no longer contingent on my results, circumstances or achievements. We are all, each and every one of us, of infinite worth.  I am so grateful that I am starting to really understand what having infinite worth actually means, and that I believe it of myself.  I am of infinite worth!! You are of infinite worth!! I am for sure a work in progress, but I love me. It is this self-love that allows me to truly live more wholeheartedly the 2 great commandments. I am so grateful!!

Have you seen this power of self-love in your life experiences?  Have you noticed that the amount of love you feel from God is directly proportional to the amount of love you have for yourself.  And, furthermore, have you recognized that the amount of love you show to others is also directly dependent on the amount of love you have for yourself?

My challenge to you, this “Thankful Thursday”, is to be grateful for yourself today.  Love and appreciate yourself, just for being you.  Work on getting your self-love to a level 10, what will it take? Watch how that self-love ripples into your relationships with God and others.

I’d love your feedback!!

Rooting for you always,

Candice Noss

If self-love is tricky for you, reach out.  If you’d appreciate some help with strategies, tools and insights to up-level the way you see and talk to yourself, this is my wheelhouse.  I believe I’ve been prepared my entire life to be right where I am today.  I help others learn about their mind, body and spirit so that they can more fully love God, themselves and others, while stepping in to their divine greatness and fulfilling the missions they were sent to earth to do.  It’s truly awesome, transformational work.  If you know someone who is ready to grow, send them my way.
