The Mind is a Battlefield- is your mind firm?

Neuroscientists have determined that we have between 60-80,000 thoughts a day. These thoughts are influenced by all types of things, both positive and negative, good and bad, helpful and hurtful.

Because thoughts create feelings, and feelings are the fuel for our actions, and our actions ultimately generate the results in our life- It is imperative we back it all up to our thoughts and insist upon becoming the BOSS of our brains.

It is our power and privilege to own our headspace, allowing only those thoughts that serve us to stay.

If you are determined to stay in a place of love, faith, gratitude, grace, abundance… it is vital you have some offensive and defensive strategies in place to win the battle over your thoughts.
